The beachfront Aegean-inspired restaurant returns for dinner, with lunch and An Aegean Pause following from 1 October
Shimmers at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam will reopen for the new season on 15 September, welcoming guests back to its beachfront setting for dinner.
The much-loved destination returns with its relaxed Aegean-inspired dining experience, featuring signature dishes including Greek Salad, Shimmers’ ‘Shyros’, Lobster Orzo, Grilled Chicken Souvlaki and Greek Yoghurt. Guests can also enjoy live entertainment from a resident DJ, percussionist and saxophonist, set against the shores of Madinat Jumeirah.
From 1 October, Shimmers will also welcome guests for lunch, alongside the return of An Aegean Pause, its relaxed three-course business lunch inspired by the flavours of the Aegean.
