Throughout July, the Indian restaurant invites guests to experience a limited-edition Mango-Inspired Set Menu, celebrating the King of Fruits through a vibrant culinary journey overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Whether it’s a leisurely lunch or an evening spent watching the fountain shows, Mausam offers the perfect setting to savour the flavours of the season.
Thoughtfully curated by the culinary team, the menu showcases mango in both classic and unexpected ways. Guests can begin with a refreshing Mango Chili Cooler and the vibrant Mango Kachori, before choosing between the smoky Alphonso Paneer Tikka or the flavourful Aam Papad Jhinga. The experience continues with either the indulgent Mango Malai Kofta or the fragrant Mango Meen Curry, accompanied by comforting favourites including Desi Aam Ras Poori, Khatti Dal, Raw Mango Pulao and freshly baked Indian breads.
The journey ends on a sweet note with a choice of Mango Kulfi Falooda or the decadent Mango Milk Cake, ensuring every course captures the richness and versatility of this beloved summer fruit.
