The Executive Chef of Michelin-starred Le Tout-Paris brings Parisian brasserie artistry to the Maldives from 13 to 15 November 2026.
Maldives, November 2026 — Cheval Blanc Randheli is delighted to welcome Chef William Bequin, Executive Chef of Le Tout-Paris, the Michelin-starred contemporary brasserie at Cheval Blanc Paris, from 13 to 15 November 2026, in celebration of the Maison’s 13th anniversary.
Travelling from Paris especially for this occasion, Chef Bequin will bring his distinctive interpretation of French savoir-faire to the shores of Randheli, offering guests an exceptional three-day culinary celebration.
Three Days of French Gastronomy
On 13 and 14 November, Le 1947 will present an exclusive multi-course dégustation menu curated by Chef Bequin. A symphony of gastronomic delights, the experience will showcase the finest expressions of French culinary artistry, where exceptional ingredients, refined craftsmanship and contemporary techniques come together in perfect harmony.
On 15 November, the Maison’s anniversary celebrations will culminate in a sunset apéritif at The White Bar, hosted by the Management to mark this special milestone. The evening will continue with an exquisite anniversary dinner featuring a bespoke menu created by the Chef, promising a memorable tribute to the art of French gastronomy.
